1. Disable Domain Privacy
2. Get the AuthCode/EPP Code
3. Give a request from bluehost to transfer the domain away using the AuthCode/EPP Code
4. Go the Pending Transfers in Godaddy and Expediate the Transfer.

If you haven’t followed this process you may have issues.
Once the registrar has changed you will need to setup the proper DNS name servers for your domain and match them to your new registrar/host service. DNS changes take up to 24 hours to propogate across the Internet (usually much less)

You basically have two choices as far as I can see:
1. Leave the domain registered where it is, and point to the DNS nameservers of your webhosting package.
2. Have the domain registration moved to your webhost.
I tend to treat registration and webhosting as separate entities (this can save you a lot of money if you have multiple domains):

Your choices may be limited by what the two companies involved allow you to do, so I would find out from your current providers if it is possible to login and change the DNS settings (they seem competitive when it comes to registration [without hosting] pricing). If you don’t want to do this, then you will have to initiate a transfer between the two companies (if your domain is a .co.uk, the new hosts may not be able to register it anyway…). You will need to ‘unlock’ your domain with heartinternet and get a code from them - ask the new company to take over the domain and give them the code - it usually takes a few days - a third part company that handles domain transfers will also probably be involved as a kind of independant adjudicator…
My advice would be initially to just change the DNS settings, cancel hosting but keep registration with your current providers (especially if this is a .co.uk domain). I have had a look at the intended destination of your site and I have to say I was surprised and intrigued by eu5.org - however I very much doubt they will regsiter your domain for free, so I think option 1 is your only real option. However I would say that I only gave it the briefest of glances…if they will register a domain fo free, i am VERY interested…!

First a transfer needs to Unlock the domain’s Registry Lock settings.
It can be done from the current registrar’s Control Panel.

Whois shows that your Domain’s Registry status as "Ok" instead of
"registrar-lock" . So i think your domain is not yet locked.

Just go to godaddy and initiate the transfer.

Before that, make sure you have access to Email address provided in the administrative contact details of WHOIS.

If Godaddy complaints that the Domain is locked and can’t be transferred then you have to contact enom (googleclients@enom.com, or via phone at 425-974-4623 ) and ask them to unlock your domain.

I’m not trying to point the domain somewhere, I’m trying to get it registered with another webhost..

You need to "point" your domain to the new host. Its simple, I’ve done it many times. Go to your account where you registered the domain or where its hoted now on-line or by phone or e-mail. Log-In and set your hosting to the new server…

Yes, you should be able to configure the DNS settings at Yahoo to point to the hosting server at Godaddy, if the domain registration purchased at Yahoo allows for "domain/DNS management".

I am not sure if Yahoo will have free domain/DNS management or you need to add that to your cost. If you use something like Dotster, you need to add the domain tools when purchasing the domain.
