what should I include in a domain name transfer contract?
I just purchased a domain name from someone on Godaddy. I want to transfer the name to me, but want a contract saying that I have the full rights to the name.
What should I include in such a contract (for both of us to sign)
Thanks a lot! 10 points to the first good answer!
Check out this site, they have a pretty good template that I have used in the past.

Do some research at http://Sedo.com and look under "Services" for advice. If you are paying over a few hundred $ you should consider using the escrow services as well.
In general once someone transfers the ownership of a domain name to you, you own 100% of the name. Why else would they agree to the transfer?
